Page numbers in the new volume

From now on, that is: from volume 8 onwards, full text articles in AD will use traditional page numbering instead of the paragraph numbers that we had in previous volumes. This is a natural follow-up to the decision of a few years ago, to publish only PDFs of full articles. We hope that citing to AD articles will be easier when it follows the rules of a paper based academic community.
